Terms of Purchase

General

These Terms of Purchase constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and Hong Kong Qinghe Yuan Trading Limited and are enforceable in accordance with their terms.

You represent that you are: (1) at least 18 years old; (2) of legal age to enter into a binding contract; and (3) not prohibited from receiving services under any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

You must purchase and use products and services available through the Hong Kong Qinghe Yuan Trading Limited Sites in strict compliance with these Terms of Purchase and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, “Laws”). You are responsible for complying with all Laws that apply to your purchase, including the Laws of the jurisdiction to which a product is shipped.

Privacy Notice

You acknowledge that personal information we obtain about you—whether through the Sites, by email, or through another method—will be collected, stored, and otherwise processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

Hong Kong Qinghe Yuan Trading Limited may update its Privacy Notice from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Privacy Notice page, and additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.

Order Processing

Hong Kong Qinghe Yuan Trading Limited may, in its sole discretion, decline to process or cancel an order in certain circumstances. This may occur when a product or service is out of stock, has been incorrectly priced, when we suspect a fraudulent request, or in other circumstances that Hongkong Xinxing International Group Trade Limited considers appropriate.

Hong Kong Qinghe Yuan Trading Limited may also take steps to verify your identity before processing an order. If we do not process an order or cancel it, we will either not charge you or will refund the applicable charge.

Without limiting the foregoing, Hongkong Xinxing International Group Trade Limited reserves the right to:

• Revoke any stated offer.
• Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
• Change prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or specifications, and other information without an obligation to provide notice, including after an order has been submitted, acknowledged, shipped, or received, except where prohibited by law.

Product and Service Descriptions

Hong Kong Qinghe Yuan Trading Limited attempts to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on its Sites. However, it does not warrant that those descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from error. If a product or service offered through the Sites is not as described, your available remedies will be determined in accordance with these Terms of Purchase, our Return Policy and applicable law.

The Sites may offer a quick-view feature for certain products. This feature allows you to view pricing information and add a product to your cart without opening the full product page. Quick view and its “Add to Cart” function are provided solely for convenience. More detailed information about a product, including its source, features, and pricing, is available on the product page.

Pricing Information

Hong Kong Qinghe Yuan Trading Limited works to provide accurate pricing information for products and services available through its Sites, but pricing errors may occur.

Hong Kong Qinghe Yuan Trading Limited may, in its sole discretion, decline to process or cancel an order for a product or service whose price was posted incorrectly because of an error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email. Hongkong Xinxing International Group Trade Limited also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct an error in a stated full retail price.

Product and Service Availability

The Sites may display information about merchandise availability. This information may help estimate whether an item is likely to ship after your order is placed.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 5 business days after they are placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

After dispatch, estimated delivery is approximately 10–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Hong Kong Qinghe Yuan Trading Limited cannot guarantee that an item displayed as “in stock” will ship immediately because inventory may change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product or service may be in stock when an order is placed but sold out by the time we process the order. If this occurs, Hongkong Xinxing International Group Trade Limited will notify you by email.

Service offerings that are out of stock are generally no longer available. If Hong Kong Qinghe Yuan Trading Limited determines that a product or service you want to purchase is no longer available, the item will be canceled from your order. We will notify you by email and remove the item from the Hongkong Xinxing International Group Trade Limited Sites.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation requests are accepted only on or before 11:00pm (PDT) on the same day the order is placed. Requests submitted after this cutoff time cannot be accepted.

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days after receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, kept in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Electrical Specifications, Compatibility and Installation

Electrical specifications—including voltage, plug or wiring type, bulb base, maximum wattage and installation requirements—may vary by product. Please review the specifications and available electrical options shown on the applicable product page before placing an order. If a specification you need is not shown, contact us before ordering.

You are responsible for selecting an available electrical option that is compatible with the country, electrical system and location in which the product will be used. An adapter, converter or another compatible component may be required in some locations. An adapter changes the plug connection only and does not convert voltage.

Hardwired lighting fixtures and other products requiring electrical installation should be installed by a licensed or otherwise qualified electrician in accordance with the product instructions and all applicable local electrical and building codes.

Use only the specified bulb type and do not exceed the maximum wattage stated for the product. Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, electrical products are intended for dry indoor locations and should be kept away from water, excessive moisture and unsuitable power sources.

Taxes, Customs Duties, and Fees

You are responsible for taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which products are shipped, including sales or use taxes, value-added taxes, and tariffs.

Disputes and Governing Terms

Disputes arising from or relating to a purchase are subject to the dispute-resolution, arbitration, class-action waiver and governing-law provisions contained in our Terms of Use.

If these Terms of Purchase conflict with the Terms of Use concerning a purchase-specific matter, these Terms of Purchase will control for that matter. The Terms of Use will continue to govern use of the Site and dispute resolution.
